BUILSOF PRIVATE LIMITED is located at H No7, on the Ground Floor of Rathna Villas. We are on Hanuman Temple Road in Sai Colony, Bangalore-560067. Being on the ground floor is quite nice because we don't have to deal with any stairs or broken lifts. Sai Colony is a residential area, so it’s mostly quiet, except for the temple bells you can hear sometimes in the morning and evening. Our office is a simple room in Rathna Villas. We handle building and construction administration from here. It is not a huge operation. We have three or four desks and a lot of files stored in cabinets along the walls. We keep a pot of tea ready for anyone who stops by. The office feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. We don't have any corporate branding or mission statements on the walls. We just focus on our day-to-day tasks like billing, permits, and checking on project schedules. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. Hanuman Temple Road is an easy landmark for people to find us. We like the relaxed pace of Sai Colony. It makes the workday feel less stressful than being in the middle of a tech park. We show up, do what needs to be done, and then lock up and head home in the evening like everyone else.
