Institute Of Technology And Management has a very straightforward feel to it. You can hear the trucks passing by on the main road all day long. The students here are usually focused on their engineering or management studies. We have labs and classrooms that are designed for work, not for show. The office staff stays busy with registrations and keeping track of the schedules. It is a lot of technical talk and practical application. We don't have fancy lobbies or polished reception areas. It’s more about the workshops and the computer rooms. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time. We know how the buses run and where to get the best tea nearby. The atmosphere is practical and a bit no-nonsense. We deal with students from all over, and they all have different goals. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to switch to the generator, which is just part of life in an industrial zone. We just keep things moving, making sure the lectures happen and the students get their lab time. It’s a place where people come to learn a trade and get on with their lives.
