Avasar Leadership Foundation

We operate Avasar Leadership Foundation out of C 0302 in Nitesh Forest Hills, which is out on Seegahalli Hoskote Road. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the center of town, but it’s a good spot for us. The space is part of a residential complex, so it’s got a very lived-in, comfortable feel. We aren't your typical office. We sit around the table and figure out how to help people develop their skills. It’s all about leadership, but not in that stuffy way you see in textbooks. We’re more about the practical side of leading and helping people find their feet. The foundation is small, and we like it that way. It means we can actually talk to each other without sending a hundred emails. Most of our work happens right here in this room. We’ve got our computers, our notes, and usually a lot of coffee brewing. Seegahalli is growing fast, and we’re happy to be part of that growth. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the people we work with. It’s honest, down-to-earth work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We aren't here to sound important or impressive. We just want to do a good job and help out where it’s needed. It’s a simple setup, but it’s our home base and it works for us.
