Arthur'S Food Company Pvt Ltd is situated out in Attibele at 14 H. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center, which actually works out well for us because we need the extra space for our operations. We are involved in food production, which means there is always a lot of cleaning and safety checks going on throughout the day. The facility isn't something you would see in a glossy magazine. It’s a working building with pipes, big vats, and a lot of steam in the air. We wear hairnets and aprons all day, which isn't very stylish but it is what is necessary for the job. The air smells like whatever we happen to be cooking or processing that day, which changes every few hours. We have a team of local people from around Attibele who help us run the lines and keep things moving. It’s steady work and we try to keep a good atmosphere among the staff, even when things get stressful and a machine breaks down. We deal with trucks coming in and out at all hours to pick up the finished goods for delivery. There isn't much to see around our location, just other industrial plots and some open fields. We focus on our daily tasks and getting the products ready for the local shops. It’s a lot of routine, but we don't mind it. We just want to do a decent job.
