Our place is over in the Kiadb Industrial Area in Attibele, at No.14H. It is a busy part of town and there are factories all around us. We have been working with food for a while now and our days start pretty early. The morning shift arrives when the sun is barely up to get the machines going. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving; there is a lot of noise from the nearby plants and the constant sound of lorries passing by. Inside, we keep things simple and functional. We spend a lot of time cleaning up because when you work with food, that is just what you do. It isn’t a fancy office with carpets; it is a working floor where people are busy on their feet most of the day. We have a small break area where everyone eats lunch together, usually talking about the local news or how the commute was that morning. Attibele is a bit of a trek for some of the staff, but we have a good group that has stayed with us for years. We handle the production and the packing right here on site. It’s a lot of manual work and checking labels to make sure everything is right before it goes out the door. We don't do much in the way of advertising or anything like that. We just focus on getting the orders filled every day and keeping the equipment running.
