Aikyatva Community Foundation

Aikyatva Community Foundation is located in Akshayanagar. We are in Flat No F403 at Akshaya Gardens. It’s on the 7th Cross of the 6th Main in Yelenahalli. It’s a bit further out from the city center, which we actually quite like. The apartment complex is quiet and has some nice trees around it. We use the flat as our main office. It’s got a few rooms where we’ve set up our desks and storage for all our documents. Working out of an apartment feels a bit more personal than a cold office building. We usually have the windows open to let in a breeze while we work. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels very grounded. We aren't a big organization with lots of layers. It’s just us sitting in the living room area or the back room getting through our daily to-do lists. Sometimes we meet in the common area of Akshaya Gardens if we need more space. We handle a lot of community-focused tasks and spend time talking to people in the local area. We don't have a flashy entrance or a receptionist. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up from our desk to answer the door. It’s a very simple and straightforward way of running things. We just want to keep the foundation going from our little spot in Yelenahalli. It’s a good way to live and work without too much stress or noise.
