Neela Agros Exports

You’ll find Neela Agros Exports out in the Village & Post Peruvai, over in Bantval Taluk. We’re right in the heart of Dakshin Kannada, and it’s a very rural setting. Our work revolves around the agriculture here, and we handle the export side of things from this small office. It’s not like the big city offices you see on TV. We have chickens wandering around outside and the sound of tractors is pretty common. We’ve been part of this village community for a long time. Most of the people working here are from just down the road. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and checking on the crops before they get packed up. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the trucks arrive and need to be loaded up for the long trip to the coast. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you show up, you’ll probably find someone in boots covered in a bit of dirt. We just focus on getting the agro products out of the village and into the market. It’s a slow pace of life here, but the work is constant. We deal with the seasons as they come. When it’s monsoon time, everything slows down, but we still have to get things moved. We just do our best to stay on top of the orders and keep the farmers happy without making things too complicated.
