We operate out of Mohsin Estate, specifically in Flat 405. If you know the 75 Feet Road area, you probably know where that is. It's an older building, and the elevator is a bit temperamental sometimes, but it’s home for us. We handle a lot of shipping and cargo paperwork from this small office. It’s mostly phone calls and filling out forms all day. There are stacks of files everywhere because the shipping business involves so much documentation. We started this agency because we saw a need for someone local to handle these things without the big corporate hassle. It’s just a handful of us working here. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of shipments moving at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the ports and the truck drivers. It’s not glamorous work, but it needs to be done right or things get stuck. We don’t have a big reception area or coffee machines for guests. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us hunched over our computers or arguing with a courier. We try to keep things moving as fast as the system allows. The view from the window isn't great, just more buildings, but the location is handy for getting around. It’s a steady job and we’ve made some good friends in the industry over the years. Most of our day is just solving problems that pop up in the shipping logs.
