Our shop is at number 12 on the Main Road of Kalamma Street. It’s a straightforward little place. We don't have a lot of space, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the room is taken up by our workbenches and the boxes of parts we need for repairs. We’ve been at this location for some time now. People in the area know us as the guys who handle info-tech stuff without making a big fuss about it. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the bikes and the local market nearby. We keep the fan running all day to stay cool. Usually, the morning is spent catching up on emails or looking at devices that were left overnight. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of our customers are locals who live just a few streets away. They bring in their computers or ask us about networking issues. We try to be helpful and give them a straight answer. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to call people back. It’s just the way it is. We sit on our plastic stools and get to work. It’s a modest way to earn a living, but we enjoy the technical challenges. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay a little late to finish a job if someone really needs it back.
