Reliance General Insurance

We are located in Bellary at Naveenkumar’s place, which is D No 164 in Ward No 7. Bapuji Nagar is a busy area and we have been here for a good amount of time. People usually come to us when they have issues with their insurance papers or if they need to ask about their car policies. It is a simple office with desks and some old chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just the address on the door. The fan is always running because it gets quite hot here. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much and the desks look messy, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our day talking to locals and helping them fill out forms that can be a bit confusing. It’s just me and a few others working here. We don't use any big corporate words; we just try to explain things in a way that makes sense to everyone who walks in. The 7th ward is a lively spot with a lot of noise from the street, but we’re used to it by now. We try to get things sorted as fast as we can so people can go about their day. It’s just a regular job in a regular part of town. We keep the files in order and make sure the phone is answered. That’s pretty much how we spend our time.
