Rathore Minerals & Logistics is set up at 56-88 in Jaisingapur, Bellary. Being in Bellary, we are right in the middle of a lot of mining and transport activity. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always a lot of movement around our place. We handle both the minerals side and the logistics, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the yard. Our team is small, but we’ve all been doing this for a long time. The office can get a bit noisy with the trucks going by, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. As long as the trucks are moving and the minerals are getting where they need to go, we’re happy. Jaisingapur is a practical location for us. It’s not a fancy part of town, but it suits what we do perfectly. We’ve had our share of long days and late nights, especially when the weather isn't cooperating with the transport schedules. It’s just the nature of the business. We talk to a lot of different drivers and suppliers every day. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We just try to stay on top of things and keep moving forward one day at a time. No big promises, just work. That's how we run things in this office every day.
