Raghu Constructions

Raghu Constructions is based out of Chinamiram, right near the Panchayath Office. Most people in the village know us through Viswanatha Raju’s family. We’ve been in this part of Andhra Pradesh for a long time. Our work is mostly focused on the local area around Bhimavaram. It’s a rural setting, so we know a lot of our clients personally. We don’t have a high-rise office or anything like that. It’s just a simple place where we keep our equipment and meet with folks. The pace of work here is different than in the city. We talk to people, understand what they need for their land or their small buildings, and then we get to it. Sometimes we have to wait for materials to come in from the bigger towns, which can be a bit of a wait. But everyone around here understands how it works. We aren't some big corporate entity. We are just local builders who know the soil and the weather here. It gets very hot during the summer, so we usually start our work early in the morning. We don't spend money on advertising because the village is small and news travels fast. If you do a good job, people tell their neighbors. That’s how we keep going. It’s practical, honest work that we do every single day here in Chinamiram.
