Our Nccl office in Bellary is over at Satyanarayana Pet. We are on Plot 37 with the door number being 16. It’s a pretty standard spot in a neighborhood that’s seen a lot of changes over the years. Srinivasa Rao is usually around handling things at the site and keeping us on schedule. Bellary can get incredibly hot, so we’ve got our coolers going most of the time to keep things bearable inside. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anyone sitting at a front desk with a headset. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door if someone stops by. We focus on our local projects and try to keep everything organized, though the paperwork does tend to pile up on the desks during the busy months. The street can be a bit dusty, and sometimes the power goes out, but we just work around it. That’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve lived in Bellary long enough to know everyone in the vicinity. It’s a practical place to be based. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our bit and keep things moving. We value the fact that we can just be ourselves here without any corporate pressure to look a certain way. It’s just us, some desks, and the daily work we have to do.
