This is the office for Naael Contracting Co. W.L.L. from the Kingdom of Bahrain, but we are located right here in Bellary, Karnataka. You can find us at House Number 30 in the KHB Colony. It might seem a bit unusual to have a company from Bahrain operating out of a residential colony in Bellary, but it works for us. The office is basically a converted house where we manage the local side of the contracting business. It is a quiet neighborhood, which is nice because it lets us focus on the work without too much noise from the main roads. We do not have any big corporate signs out front, just a small one so people know they have found the right place. Inside, it is very casual and relaxed. We sit in what used to be a living room and handle the emails and the coordination with the teams on the ground. The heat in Bellary can be quite intense, so we usually have the fans on high to keep the air moving. We do not have a big PR team to write about our goals or our vision. We just deal with the daily reality of contracting and making sure the logistics are handled properly between here and the Middle East. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up at the end of every month. We just take it one day at a time without any fuss.
