M L D C Pvt Ltd is basically just a few of us working out of Bellary. Our office is on Mullangi Sanjeevappa Street, which is in Ward 14. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty busy with people moving around all day. We share the space with Parashuramulu M, so it is a bit of a combined setup. We have been at this address, D.No.14, for a good while now. It is not some big corporate headquarters or anything. It is just a building on a regular street where we handle our business affairs. Bellary is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone, or at least you recognize the faces after a few months. We do not put out ads or anything like that. Most people just find us because they live nearby or heard someone mention the name. We do what we do every day, starting early before it gets too hot to think. The street can be a bit dusty, and sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work. There is no big secret to how we run things. We just stay at our desks or head out to meet people when it is needed. It is a practical way of living. We do not use big words or have meetings that last for hours about nothing. We just check the books, talk to whoever stops by, and make sure the day's work is finished.
