Larsen And Toubro

We operate out of F-4 in the Mayur Apartments, which is located on Infantry Road in Bellary. It’s right in the Enna Reddy Layout, near the Sudha Cross. Since we’re in a residential building, it doesn't really feel like a cold corporate office. It's more like a home that we’ve filled with desks and computers. Ripson K Varghese is usually here to manage things. Bellary is a town that gets very hot and can be quite dusty, so we spend a lot of time keeping the place clean. The apartment is a bit small for the number of files we have, but we make it work by stacking them up in the corners. We aren't into big speeches or fancy corporate branding. We just focus on the work that needs doing for Larsen and Toubro. You can often hear the neighbors outside or the traffic from the Sudha Cross. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a small stove to make some tea when we need a break. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails. It's a simple life here in Karnataka. We don't have any big mission or anything like that. We just want to get through our list of tasks and make sure the projects we’re handling are moving along. It’s a bit cramped, but it’s our little workspace and we are used to it.
