Our Vijayawada office is situated in Shivashanker Nagar in the Patamata area. Specifically, we are at Door Number 70-2-24/1, which is House Number 22. It’s a residential-style setup where we handle the business for Lanco Infratech Ltd. P. Murali’s family is connected to this location, and it feels very much like a local family-run operation even though we are part of a larger company. Patamata is a lively part of the city, and being in Shivashanker Nagar means we have a lot of neighbors around us. The office itself is just a few rooms where we keep our computers and all the project files. We don’t have any big corporate logos on the walls, just some plain furniture and a lot of paper. During the day, it can get quite warm, so we keep the windows open to catch a breeze, though that often brings in the street noise too. We spend our time coordinating with different sites and making sure the logistics for our construction work are moving. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in ties. We wear what’s comfortable for the heat and just focus on getting the paperwork through. We’ve been at this address for a good while, and the locals are used to seeing us coming and going. It’s a simple, honest way to run an office, without any extra polish or unnecessary talk. We just do the work we have to do.
