Jsw Steels, Bellary

We are based at Santhoshnivas in the New Vijayanagar Colony, located in the Cantonment area of Bellary. It’s a simple spot for Jsw Steels, Bellary and we have been here for a good while now. The office is part of the colony, so it’s a mix of houses and small businesses all around us. Being in India, especially in this part of Karnataka, means we deal with a lot of dust and a lot of heat, but that’s just the environment we work in. We spend our mornings checking the latest steel prices and coordinating with the transport guys to see when the next load is coming in. The office itself is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper stacks that we try to keep organized. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. People usually know where we are by asking around the colony. It’s a friendly place to work, and we often have tea together in the afternoons when things quiet down a bit. We don't try to be something we aren't; we are just a local office handling steel orders and making sure the paperwork is done correctly for our customers. It’s a steady job that requires a lot of patience, especially when the phones start ringing all at once. We just take it one day at a time here in the Cantonment. After the day is done, we lock up and walk home through the quiet colony streets.
