Jsw Steel

We are based at K3/7 in V.V Nagar, which is part of the Jsw Steel area in Toranagallu, Bellary. This place is right in the heart of the industrial zone. It’s a very busy part of Karnataka, and the air is always thick with the sound of the plant. Most of the people living in V.V Nagar work at the site, so we’re all neighbors as well as colleagues. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional building where we keep the records and plan the shifts. It’s dusty and hot for a good part of the year, but we have our routines to get through it. We aren't here to make things look pretty; we’re here to make sure the steel production stays on track. There’s a lot of movement—trucks, workers on cycles, and managers in jeeps. We spend most of our time looking at schedules or checking on the logistics of the yard. It’s the kind of place where you know exactly what needs to be done the moment you walk in. We don't use a lot of big words or have fancy meetings. We just talk about what’s broken or what’s moving. After work, we usually see each other at the local canteens or walking back to the quarters. It’s a hard-working atmosphere, and that’s just how things are in this part of Bellary. We keep our heads down and do our jobs.
