You can find our office at M3/1 in Vv Nagar. We are part of the Jsw Steel Ltd community here in Toranagallu. This part of Bellary is always buzzing with activity because of the massive steel operations. Our building is just a simple place where the staff gathers to handle the logistics and administrative work. It’s nothing fancy, just a few rooms with enough space for our paperwork and a small area for tea breaks. We’ve got a lot of files and maps pinned to the walls to keep track of everything. The noise from the distant plant is like background music to us now. We don't really notice it anymore. We spend our time checking schedules and making sure the local transport is running smoothly. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going all day. Most of us have been working here for years, so we’ve seen the township grow and change. We aren't interested in polished corporate talk or big promises. We just want to make sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. It’s an honest, busy environment. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some reports, but that's just part of the routine. We are just a group of local people doing our jobs in a place we know well. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of work life.
