Jsw Steel Ltd

Down here in Vadama Village, things are a bit different than the big city offices. We are part of the Jsw Steel Ltd operations, but we’re located near Palakonda in the Srikakulam district. It’s a quieter area, mostly rural, but we have our work cut out for us. Our setup is pretty basic. We use a local building that serves as our main point of contact for this region. We spend a lot of time talking to the local transporters and checking on the storage areas. The roads around here aren't always the best, especially when it rains, so we have to plan things carefully. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in suits. It’s just a few of us handling the local side of things. We know the farmers and the villagers nearby. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but we manage to get the logs updated eventually. It’s a practical job. We focus on the day-to-day stuff like verifying loads and making sure the drivers know their routes. We aren't here to make big speeches; we just want the work to be done correctly. The air is a bit fresher here than at the main plants, which is nice. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done. It's a steady life in a small village, keeping the steel moving.
