We are based right in the heart of the Jsw area in Bellary. If you've ever been to this part of Karnataka, you know how massive the whole setup is. Our spot is right in the middle of all that activity. It's a loud place with trucks rumbling by at all hours. We work for Jsw Steel Ltd, but here on the ground, it's just about the daily grind. We don't have time for long meetings or corporate jargon. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure the raw materials are coming in on time. The sun hits the steel structures and makes everything hot, so we drink a lot of water and stay in the shade when we can. It’s a rough environment, honestly. Everything has a layer of grit on it, but that’s the reality of a steel town. We’ve all been here for years, and we know the shortcuts through the site like the back of our hands. It’s not a place for people who like to stay perfectly clean. We’re just regular folks doing a job that needs doing. Sometimes the machinery breaks down, and we have to scramble to get things fixed. It’s just how it goes. No one here is trying to impress anyone. We just want to get the work done right and go home to our families at the end of the shift.
