You can find us at M3/9 Vidyanagar, which is right inside the Jsw Steel Ltd area in Toranagallu. Being located in the Bellary district, the environment is very much centered around the steel works. Living and working here means you get used to the red dust and the constant sound of the machinery in the distance. This particular spot in Vidyanagar is where a lot of the administrative life happens. It’s basically a company town, so everything revolves around the plant. Our office is just one of many in the colony, and it feels more like a home than a corporate building sometimes because we are all right there together. We handle the daily tasks that keep the Bellary operations running smoothly from this specific block. It’s practical and straightforward. We don't have time for anything that isn't directly related to the steel production or the people working here. The days are long and usually pretty hot, but that is just part of the job when you're out here in this part of Karnataka. People know us by our location in the M3 block. It is a busy place with people coming in and out all day long. We just focus on getting the work finished so the plant stays on track. There is no polish to what we do, just regular folks doing a job in a very industrial setting.
