Down in Hospet, we’ve got our place in Rajiv Nagar. It’s called Giridarshan, and Pradeep T.K. is the main guy you’d see if you stopped by. Being in Bellary district, specifically here in Hospet, means we are right in the heart of the steel belt. You can feel the energy of the industry all around, even if our specific office is a bit more tucked away in the residential part. It’s a typical Karnataka town setting—lots of sun, friendly neighbors, and a bit of noise from the nearby main roads. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. We just do our work for Jsw Steel Limited from this location. The interior is pretty basic, just desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. We spend our days tracking orders and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s ours. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and where to get the best coffee. The atmosphere at Giridarshan is pretty relaxed.
