Jsw Steel Limited

Our setup is located on Dodabalapur Road, right by the K.M.F Quarters in Rajanukunte. If you’re familiar with the north side of Bangalore, you know the traffic can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. It’s a different vibe here compared to the main city center; it feels a little more open, though it’s filling up fast with new buildings. We’re part of Jsw Steel Limited, and this location helps us stay connected to the routes going out of town. The building isn't anything to write home about, just a functional space where we handle our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with paperwork that comes through. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the trucks passing by on the main road, but that’s just part of being in an industrial area. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of corporate stuff hanging on the walls. It’s just us working through our lists and making sure things are where they need to be. Most of the staff here have been around for a while, so we’ve got a good routine going. We eat our lunch together and talk about the local news or how the commute was that morning. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it gets the job done without any fuss.
