You can find us at O 3/13 in the Jswsl Township, right near the Vidyanagar post office in Toranagallu. This part of Bellary district is pretty busy because it’s the main hub for anyone working with the plant. Being in Vidyanagar means we’re surrounded by colleagues and their families, so the work never really feels completely separate from the rest of life. It’s a dry, dusty area most of the year, but we’ve made our space comfortable enough. The office is just a regular building within the township, nothing that would stand out to a stranger. We handle a lot of the administrative side for Jsw Steel Limited from this desk. It involves a lot of checking lists and talking to the folks over at the main gates. We don’t have a marketing department here or anyone trying to make us look like a big city firm. We’re just staff members who have been here for years. We know the postman by name and we know which days the supply trucks are going to be late. The routine is what keeps us going. We sit at our desks, drink our tea, and handle the challenges as they pop up. It’s a very local, honest way to spend the day.
