This is the spot in Beldona village, within the Chippagiri mandal of Kurnool. The house number is 1/121. It’s a rural area, very different from the big city offices you see in the news. G. Chandhara Kaladhar’s place is where we operate from in this part of Andhra Pradesh. Life here moves at a different pace. We deal with the local requirements for Jindal Saw, mostly helping out with the coordination in the district and talking to folks. It’s a small operation. The building is a regular house, and we use a portion of it for our daily work. You won't find any fancy signs or neon lights here. Mostly, it’s just us and the local community people. The roads around here can be a bit rough and dusty, but we are used to it. We spend our time talking to people in the village and making sure the supplies are moving correctly to where they need to be. It’s a lot of face-to-face talk rather than just sending emails back and forth. The weather is usually very hot, and the landscape is wide open. We keep things very simple here. There’s a desk, some chairs, and our registers for the paperwork. It’s an honest, local setup. We don’t try to act like we are in a high-rise. We are part of the village and we do our work right here among the houses and the fields. It’s a quiet and steady way to get things done every single day. We like the peace.
