We are based in Raipur at the Pankaj Vikram Complex. Our office is in Block D/4, specifically in Rajendra Nagar, Ravigram. Even though our name mentions Karnataka, this is where we handle a lot of the day-to-day business now. Raipur is a busy place for the steel industry, so being here makes a lot of sense for us. The complex is a bit older, and the stairs can be a climb, but it’s our home base. Hospet Steel Limited has seen a lot of changes over the years. We started small and just kept at it. Inside the office, it’s mostly just files, some computers, and a lot of talk about production. We aren't the kind of people who like to sit in meetings all day for no reason. We prefer to get things moving. The weather in Chhattisgarh can get really hot, so the AC is usually humming in the background. We have a small team here that knows the local market inside and out. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lot of rules. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We know the neighbors in the complex and often grab tea from the stall downstairs. It’s a simple, honest way of working that suits us just fine.
