Graduate Trainee Nmdc Ltd. Donimalai

We are over at B Shilpa Type-B/137 in the South Block here in Donimalai. It’s a quiet spot in Sandur, Bellary district. Most of us here are part of the graduate trainee program at NMDC Ltd. This place is basically where we spend most of our time when we aren't at the site. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular housing block where we get our work done and handle the day-to-day stuff. The South Block has its own rhythm, and we've gotten used to the way things work around here. Living and working in the same area means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. We handle various tasks related to our training roles. It's a lot of learning on the go. Sometimes the weather gets a bit rough or the dust from the mining area blows in, but that is just part of being in Donimalai. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't a lot of extra space in the Type-B quarters, so we have to stay organized. Most of the neighbors are also linked to the company in one way or another. It feels like a small community rather than just a workplace. If you are looking for us, we are right there near the South Block section. We don't have a big sign outside. It's just home and work all mixed into one for now while we finish our time here. This is where we learn the basics and get ready for whatever comes next.
