G P Travels

G P Travels is located on Station Road in Hospet, right across from the bus stand. It’s a very central spot in the 583201 area, which makes it a busy place to be. We see a lot of travelers every day because of the trains and the buses being so close. Our office is just a plain, small room where we handle all the travel details. It isn't anything fancy, just a place for us to work and for people to come in and talk to us. I’ve been working here on Station Road for a long time now. The noise of the buses pulling in and out is like background music to me. We don’t have any big marketing plans or glossy brochures. We just talk to people and help them get where they need to go. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep it tidy. My brother helps me out with the bookings during the summer when it gets really packed. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the tickets are issued and the travelers are happy. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. Being right opposite the bus stand means there is never a dull moment. We are just part of the local scene here in Hospet. We don't spend money on ads because people just walk in. It works for us.
