We are based right here in Mysore, Karnataka, over in the 570 022 area. It’s a beautiful city to work in, even if it gets a bit crowded during the festival seasons. Our setup here is pretty basic. We focus on the service and repair of Eureka Forbes products like the Aquaguard filters. We don't have a giant corporate building or anything like that. Instead, we have a functional space where our technicians can organize their tools and we can keep track of where everyone is supposed to be. The day usually starts early with a quick meeting to go over the service list. Mysore is small enough that we can get around okay, but some of the older streets can be a bit tricky to navigate. We've built up a good relationship with a lot of families around here. They know they can give us a call when their machine starts making a weird noise or the water flow slows down. We don't use a lot of fancy talk; we just tell people what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix it. We keep our spare parts organized in the back so we can be ready for whatever comes in. It’s a steady kind of job, and we take pride in being a reliable part of the local community. It’s just how we do things in this part of Karnataka. We’ve been here for years and know the area well.
