Aponline Sribalaji Cell World

Our shop is right in the middle of the Main Bazar at S. No. 7-3-116. It’s called Aponline Sribalaji Cell World, and it’s usually quite loud because of all the people walking by outside. We do a bit of everything here. People come in to pay their electricity bills or apply for government documents through the Aponline system. Then we have the mobile side where we sell recharges, screen guards, and those colorful plastic cases everyone likes. It’s a small counter and we’re often leaning over it to show someone how to fix a setting on their phone. The Main Bazar is a competitive place, but we’ve built a decent group of regulars who trust us. We don't have any polished sales pitches. If a phone is beyond repair, we just tell the person straight. Sometimes the internet goes down, and we have to tell everyone to come back in an hour, which is just part of the frustration of the job. We keep a cooler of water for anyone who needs a drink while they wait. It’s a cramped space with wires and boxes everywhere, but it works for us. Working in the bazar means you never have a dull moment. There is always someone coming in with a cracked screen or a question about a new SIM card. We just take it as it comes and try to get the work done before we close up for the night.
