Vinay Associates

Our small office for Vinay Associates is located at 332-478/25 in Nehru Nagar. It’s a regular neighborhood spot where we handle all kinds of property work for the locals. We don't have a big corporate setup or fancy furniture. It’s mostly just a few desks and some files stacked up in the corner. We’ve been working out of this location for a good number of years. Nehru Nagar is a place we know inside and out. When people want to buy a house or rent a place, they come and sit with us for a while. We talk about the options and look at what’s available on our list for that week. It isn't always glamorous work. There is a lot of running around to different sites and checking on legal papers at the offices. We try to keep things honest and straightforward for the people we deal with. Some days the weather is too hot or too rainy to go out, but the work has to get done regardless. We know most of the people who live on this street and the next one. It’s a community-based business. We don't use any flashy advertisements to get customers. Most people hear about us from their friends or family members. We just do our job, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it. We help with the negotiations and make sure the keys get handed over properly. It’s a practical way to make a living and we’re happy to be part of Nehru Nagar.
