Our company, Vasoo Builders Pvt.Ltd., is located in Belgaum. Specifically, we are at the Devappa Jangle building, which is Plot No. 03 in Shivaji Colony, Tilakwadi. Belgaum is a nice place to work, and Tilakwadi is one of those areas that feels very established. We have been in this building for quite some time. It’s a practical setup. We have our desks, some old computers, and a lot of folders. The building itself is pretty easy to find if you are familiar with Shivaji Colony. Most days, we are busy dealing with local suppliers or checking on our building sites around the city. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home. Usually, there's a lot of talking going on in the office, mostly about logistics and timing. We drink a lot of tea while we look over the plans. Sometimes the rain in Karnataka makes things slow down at the sites, so we spend more time in the office then. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the builders and the staff, making sure everything is on track. We like being part of the Tilakwadi community. It’s a quiet spot but we stay busy enough with our regular projects.
