Varsha Filaments Pvt. Ltd. is based at 703, Trividh Chambers on Ring Road. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below, which is usually at a standstill. It’s a busy building with lots of different companies coming and going. We focus on filaments, which means lots of talk about materials and specifications all day long. The office is mostly just desks, computers, and samples of what we make. We’ve been in Trividh Chambers for a good while. The commute can be a bit of a headache because of the Ring Road construction, but we make it work. Most of us have been working together here for years. It’s not a place with a dress code or anything like that. We just show up, do the orders, and make sure things are moving. The pantry is small, but it’s where most of the actual talking happens. Sometimes the elevators in the building act up and we have to wait, which is annoying when we’re in a hurry. But mostly it’s just a steady routine of handling the filament business. We don't bother with fancy brochures. If a customer needs to know something, they just call or come up to the seventh floor. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. We just focus on the orders and keep the office running smoothly without much fuss.
