Urvi Exim

Our business is located in the village of Shiraguppi, which is part of the Athani Taluka in the Belgaum district. It’s a different kind of life out here in rural Karnataka compared to the big cities. We’re right at the post office area, so we’re easy to find for anyone in the local community. The air is a bit fresher here, and the pace is definitely slower. At Urvi Exim, we don't have a fancy glass office or air conditioning in every room. We mostly work with the windows open to catch the breeze. Our day starts early, and we spend a lot of time coordinating with people across the district. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, and our desks are usually covered in it. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes to talk through the day's plans. It’s a very practical, hands-on environment. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the land and the people well. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems. We just use what works and keep things moving. Sometimes the power is a bit hit-or-miss, so we’ve learned to be flexible with our schedules. It’s a quiet life, but we stay busy enough keeping everything on track. We like being part of Shiraguppi and contributing to the local area in our own small way.
