Shanti Chemical Works

Shanti Chemical Works is located at No. 709/2 in the Industrial Area of Udyambag. Being in an industrial area means things aren't always clean or quiet, but that’s just part of the job. We work with chemicals, so we spend a lot of our time in the warehouse area making sure everything is stored right. Our office is a small room at the front of the building. It’s got a couple of old desks and a filing cabinet that’s seen better days. We don't have any marketing people or fancy advertisements. Most of our customers are people we’ve known for decades. We just focus on the mixtures and making sure the quality is what it should be. Udyambag is a tough place to work sometimes, especially in the heat, but we’re used to it. The people who work here are like family. We’ve seen each other’s kids grow up. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy. We all just do what’s needed to get the orders out. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late, or the rain makes things difficult, but we just deal with it and move on. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just want to provide chemicals that work and keep our customers happy. It’s a simple, practical way to run things. We’ve been here for years and we plan to stay for as long as we can.
