Traveling Guide

Our office is situated in the Shahu Nagar area of Sadashiv Nagar in Belgaum. We are very close to the Ganesh Temple, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. Traveling Guide is just a small local operation. We do not have dozens of branches or a huge staff of people. It is mostly just a few of us who know Belgaum and the surrounding areas very well. The office itself is quite plain, with just some desks and a few posters on the walls to brighten things up. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people who walk in off the street. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a fan that keeps things tolerable. We are not into big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their friends or neighbors who have been here before. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated for the customers. If someone needs a guide or just some advice on where to go, we sit down and talk it through with them. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the newspapers on the table, so it looks a bit lived-in. We have been here for several years now and we like being part of the local scene. (248 words)
