Tata Teleservices

Working out of House Number 18 in Gulmohr Colony is definitely different than a typical office. We are located in Bhagya Nagar, which is a fairly quiet part of Angol in Belgaum. It’s basically a residential house that we use for the Tata Teleservices work. You can hear the neighbors’ kids playing outside sometimes while we are on the phone. It makes the day feel a bit more relaxed, though we still have a lot to get through. Most of our tools and spare parts are kept in what used to be a garage or a side room. We know most of the people on this street by now. Since it’s a house, there isn't a big sign outside, so people sometimes miss us on the first try. We deal with the local phone and data lines from here. It’s not a flashy place with a lot of staff. Usually, it’s just two or three of us handling everything from repairs to paperwork. Belgaum has nice weather, so we often keep the windows open. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or anything like that. It’s just us doing our jobs in a quiet neighborhood. If a cable breaks nearby, we’re the ones heading out to fix it. It's a decent way to spend the day, working in a place that feels like a home instead of a cubicle. We just keep things moving and help the neighbors with their connections. It's simple, honest work that keeps us fairly busy from morning till evening.
