Sunrays Colonisers & Homefin Ltd is located at Merry Homes. We are right near the Pragati Super Market in Belgaum. It is on the 3rd Cross in Bhagyanagar. The area is usually pretty busy because of the market nearby. People are always coming and going. We deal with homes and some of the money stuff that goes with it. It’s a small office, nothing too special. We sit there and talk to people about where they want to live. Belgaum is a nice place, not too big but not small either. We have been in this spot for a while now. You can usually find us there during the day unless we are out looking at a property. The super market is a good landmark if you get lost. We don't really do much advertising. People just see the sign or hear about us from their friends. It’s a bit of a mix of things we do, between the coloniser side and the home finance. It keeps the days interesting. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. It’s not a polished corporate office. Just a place where we do our work and drink some coffee. Bhagyanagar is a good neighborhood for this kind of thing. We just keep doing what we do every day. Sometimes people just drop in to chat about the local real estate prices or to ask about some land nearby. We try to be helpful.
