Shambhavi Phyto-med

Shambhavi Phyto-med is located on the second floor of the Hotel Arpan building. We are right on C. D. Deshmukh Road, near the first gate in the Tilak Wadi area. Because we are on the second floor, you have to come through the main entrance of the building and head up the stairs or use the lift. We deal mostly with plant-based medicines and herbal products. It’s a modest office space, filled with the scent of dried herbs and various preparations. We have shelves lining the walls where we keep our stock organized. It’s not a big retail store with bright lights; it’s more of a place where people come when they know exactly what they are looking for. I’ve been here for a good while, and the routine is mostly about checking the inventory and talking to people who visit us. Tilak Wadi is a busy neighborhood, but once you’re up here on the second floor, it’s relatively quiet. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to sound like a big corporation. It’s just a small business focused on phyto-medicine. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or writing down orders. The building itself is a bit older, which gives it some character. We just focus on our products and making sure we have everything in stock for the regulars who rely on us. It’s a straightforward, quiet place to work. We usually close up shop once the sun goes down and finish for the day.
