Smile Care

You can find us at House Number 1794/A on Jed Galli in Shahapur. Smile Care is a small place, and we don't try to make it look like something it's not. We’ve got a waiting area that gets a bit crowded if more than a few people show up at once. Most of our day is spent seeing people from the neighborhood who have a toothache or just need a checkup. We try to keep everything as clean as we can, but it’s an older building in a busy part of Shahapur. The street outside, Jed Galli, is always full of life with people walking and bikes going past. We know most of the families around here because they’ve been coming to us for a long time. It’s just the way things are in this part of town. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy signs. People just know we’re here by word of mouth. Some days the schedule gets a bit backed up and people have to wait their turn, but they usually understand. We end up talking about the local news or what's happening at the market while we work. It feels more like visiting a friend than going to a big, sterile clinic. We keep our tools ready and just focus on the task at hand. It’s not always easy work, but we’re glad to be part of the community here. Most days we are here from morning until the sun goes down.
