Rafiq Travels

Patil Galli is where you can find us, right in the heart of Belgaum. We are close to Fort Road too. It’s always crowded here with shoppers and motorbikes, so getting around can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Rafiq Travels has been part of this neighborhood for quite some time. We aren’t a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a few of us making sure the vehicles are ready and the drivers know where they are going. The office isn’t anything special to look at, but it’s where we do all our work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down notes in our ledgers. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the horns and the people shouting, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We like being in this part of town because everyone knows everyone else. You can grab a tea next door and chat with the neighbors while waiting for a booking to come through. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just arrange trips for people who need to get to the next town or visit their relatives. It’s practical work. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a delay, but we always try to fix it as fast as we can. That’s just the way business goes in a place like this. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in and ask for a ride.
