You can find us at D74 and 75 in the Dutch Industrial Estate in Udyambag. It is a very busy part of the district, and there are always heavy trucks moving in and out of the estate gates. We work with CNC toolings, which involves a lot of technical programming but also a fair amount of basic manual labor. Our shop floor has a couple of large machines that take up most of the available space. We spend a lot of our time setting up programs and then watching the machines do their work, but you still have to keep a very close eye on the process so nothing goes wrong or jams up. The noise can be quite loud when all the machines are running at the same time, but you get used to the vibration after a while. We have a small office area tucked away in the corner where we handle the billing, the phone calls, and the technical drawings. It is usually a little bit quieter in that corner. We are not some massive corporation with hundreds of employees; it is just a small group of us who know how to operate these machines properly. We usually take our lunch breaks together, sitting around and talking about the local news or the weather. The estate has its own specific rhythm, and we have been a part of that for many years now. We do not put on an act for anyone. We just show people what we are making.
