You can find us at Shop Number 3 on Old P.B Road, right behind the Central Bus Stand in Belgaum. Being so close to the bus stand means we are always in the middle of the action. There are always buses pulling in and out, and people running around trying to find their platforms. National Nta Express has its small office right there where it’s convenient for everyone. It can get pretty loud with all the engines and the crowds, but that’s just life on Fort Road. We’ve been here long enough that the noise doesn’t even bother us anymore. We don’t spend money on big signs or TV ads. We just keep the office open and wait for people to drop by after they get off their bus. It’s a simple setup with just enough space for a couple of people to sit down and talk. We do our own bookings and keep track of everything in our notebooks. It’s not a high-tech operation, but it works for us and for the people who use our services. We see all kinds of travelers passing through here, from students to old folks visiting family. We just try to give them a straight answer about times and prices. No fluff and no nonsense. If the bus is late, we tell them. We like being right in the heart of the transport hub because that’s where we are needed most. We just keep at it every single day.
