Kstudioarch

You can find us over at Plot No.618 on 6th Cross in the Kumaraswamy Layout. It’s a fairly quiet part of Belgaum, especially on the West Main Road side. We are just a short walk from the Sai Baba Temple, so we often hear the sounds from there during the day. Kstudioarch isn't a massive corporate entity. It’s just a workspace where we handle architectural tasks for people in the Azam Nagar area and beyond. The building itself is simple, and we’ve set up our tables to catch the morning light. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with fancy chairs. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us working at our computers or spreading out large sheets of paper on the floor to get a better look. Belgaum has a specific feel to it, and we try to make sure our work fits in with the local style and the climate here. The rain can be heavy during the season, so we spend a lot of time thinking about roofs and drainage. It’s a lot of practical stuff that doesn’t always sound exciting but is very important for a house to last. We know most of the contractors around here by their first names. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most folks find us because their cousin or a friend told them we were here. We just keep things moving, one drawing at a time.
