Kles Hospital

Over at Kles Hospital, specifically the K L E 5 Heart Foundation part, we’re located in Nehru Nagar. It’s a specific kind of place because of the heart work we do here. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and has plenty of room for all the equipment we need. Most days start early with the smell of coffee in the breakroom and the sound of the cleaning crew finishing up their rounds. Nehru Nagar is a busy area, and we are right in the middle of it. We see a lot of people who are worried about their health, so we try to keep the atmosphere as calm as possible. It’s not always easy when the phones are ringing and the monitors are beeping. We have a solid team of people who have been working together for years. We know each other's habits and how to get things done without a lot of fuss. There aren't any corporate handbooks telling us how to smile; we just talk to people like normal human beings. The waiting rooms have those standard chairs and maybe a television that's usually on a news channel. We don't spend much time worrying about decor. Our focus is on the charts and the patients in the beds. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve gotten used to the pace here in Nehru Nagar. We just keep doing what we've always done, keeping the foundation running and the patients cared for as best we can.
