Imagine

If you are walking around Khade Bazar, you have probably passed by Hashmi Complex. We are on the first floor in Shop No. 3. It is right near Jamia Masjid, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being on the first floor means we get a good view of the street below but we have to walk up those stairs every single day. The shop isn't huge but it is enough space for what we do at Imagine. Khade Bazar is always crowded, especially in the evenings, so it can be quite a struggle to get through the crowds sometimes. We usually open up in the morning when things are a bit quieter. You can hear the calls to prayer from the Masjid which sort of marks the time for us throughout the day. The building is older and has that specific smell of a busy market area. We have some shelves filled with things and a desk that is always a bit messy. It is just a regular shop where we do our thing. Some people stop by just to ask for directions because of where we are located. We don't mind that much since it's part of being in a place like this. The light in the hallway is a bit dim sometimes so you have to watch your step. We just keep things moving and focus on the daily tasks.
