We have been here on Market Street at number 85 for quite a while now. Most people around the Camp area know where we are. It’s just a small shop full of different kinds of shoes. We started out mostly with basics because that’s what people needed. You can find sandals for the rain and some sturdier boots for work too. It gets pretty busy on the weekends when families come in. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the boxes pile up in the corners. My cousin helps out on the busy days when I can't be everywhere at once. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. Just shelves with footwear that lasts. People come in, try a few pairs on, and chat for a bit about the weather. Sometimes the inventory changes based on what we can get in stock that week. We deal with a lot of regular customers who have been buying from us since their kids were small. It’s a simple setup. If you walk down the main stretch of the market, you’ll see our sign. The door sticks a little in the summer heat, but we’re always inside. We don't do much online stuff, we just prefer talking to people face to face. It feels more normal that way. We keep the prices where they should be so nobody feels cheated. It’s just us doing what we know how to do day in and day out.
