We are located in the Cholekar Building, room 313/B, on Dr. S.P.M Road in Belgaum. It’s an old building, but it has character. Jms has been operating from this small office for quite some time now. Being in Karnataka, specifically here in Belgaum, means we get a mix of weather, but the office stays pretty comfortable. The stairs are a bit steep, so we usually take our time coming up. Inside, it’s a bit cramped with all the equipment and papers we have. We aren't a big firm with fancy furniture. Most of our chairs are mismatched. But it doesn't really matter as long as the work gets finished. We have a small staff of local people who know the area well. We communicate in a mix of languages depending on who walks through the door. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on expensive decor. We’d rather just focus on what we need to do for the day. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. It’s a friendly place. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our bit and go home to our families. If you’re on Dr. S.P.M Road, you can find us. We are just a regular part of the local business scene here. It’s been this way for years and we don't see any reason to change.
